Vintage Aynsely China Dessert or Salad Plate Still Life Artist Signed D. Jones

Description

This is a vintage Aynsley China salad or dessert plate. It features a fruit still life of peaches and grapes in pattern number 7956. The edges are scalloped and have gold trim. This plate is signed by the artist D. (Doris) Jones.This mark was used from 1938-1969. This pattern is the precursor to the Orchard Gold pattern that came later. This plate measures 7 and 3/8" in diameter. This plate has some spots of heavy wear including a hairline crack, some flea bites chips, and some light spots of discoloration. Please view pictures.
