Description
I am pleased to offer a stunning vintage  bone china cup and saucer set made by Aynsley, England
Beautiful pink cabbage rose on an inner body of pale robin's egg blue which matches the cup foot
OBAN shape with fluted edges and slight vertical ribbed body and footed cup base
Dates from 1950s
The saucer is in perfect condition with no chips, cracks, staining, other damage or restoration and pings perfectly; sadly the cup has a crack on the side which is not very noticeable on the outside but is visible from the inside
No wear to the floral transfer
Cup measures 2 3/8" tall at sides (2 5/8" tall to top of handle) and entire cup is 4 1/2" across including handle; saucer is 5 5/8" across
Marked with  older Aynsley crown mark in dark green and both pieces marked with pattern number 1267 in gold along with decorator initials
