    Description

    Very rare 1908 Qing Dynasty China private banknote, issued by Qing Ju Fu Ji Bank in Shandong Province for 5000 cash.  I submitted the note to CNCS in Beijing to verify its identity and authenticity. The English translation label is taped to the holder and can be easily removed.  The note grades about Fine to Very Fine. This is the only Qing Dynasty Qing Ju Fu Ji Bank note to have been certified as genuine by CNCS.  It is a very long note, measuring 9-31/32" X 2-9/16" (253 mm X 65 mm).
