    Description

    HK-367, U. S. Government Building Dollar, a souvenir of the 1909 Alaska-Yukon-Pacific  Exposition in Seattle, Washington, one of the many varieties falling under the same name. Jeff Shevlin's new text on SCD of the West Coast Expositions catalogues this as SH 16-13, there valued at AU, Unc. Technically Uncirculated, this shows chipping of the original gilt and some spotting on the Obverse from non-numismatic storage. Some signs of handling, but it has not been cleaned. I do believe that this would likely certify as MS at NGC, but to be conservative offered priced as an AU/Unc, which is easily is.
