CZECH VINTAGE ANTIQUE MENS BOYS PEASANT FOLK COSTUME PANTS VEST WEST BOHEMIA

Description

This is the nice man´s folk set
that comes from West Bohemia-Chodsko kroje region and that consists of the yellow wool short pants and the silk vest. The pants closes with 4 buttons in the front waist
and men wear them with white stockings, as my last picture shows. The silk vest has the woven flax lining, it
has 2 small pockets and two-row fastening with 16 beautiful antique buttons in front. Rare and wearable folk set for every boy or man or the original Bohemian addition to any folk clothes collection!
Measurements:
pants
across the waist - 14" when doubled laying flat and buttoned, length - 26 1/2", inseam - 15";
vest
across the chest (armpit to armpit) - 18 1/2" when doubled laying flat and buttoned, neck to bottom - 17 1/2"
Condition:
original c 1940-50´s, good vintage condition. Both items
were dry-cleaned but
the pants still have small 2 age spots on the back and the vest has some age spots on the lining!
