    Is your  16"vintage Elise still wearing her baggy original hose?  So sad.  Make her day with a pair of my Better Than Vintage Hose.  Unlike the originals, they are guaranteed to fit and never to run or sag.  Hose are handmade by Doll Secrets of glissenette fabric with seams in back of legs and serged tops, just like the originals (but better).  Made in all colors.  If no color is specified, I will send matte nude, which is preferred by the majority of vintage dolls.  Wonder if these hose will fit your doll?  Ask me, I'll probably know.  Listing is for one pair of hose.  Lots more hose, tights and lingerie in my E-bay store and I always offer combined shipping.
