    Up for bidding is a commemorative medal or so-called dollar issued in 1973 for the centennial of the cable car in San Francisco.
    Description
    : The token is made from silver and measures about 38mm in diameter. It was made a few years too late for inclusion in Hibler-Kappen, but is listed in Swoger's US Mint medals guide (SWO 50Bb).
