    Description

This auction is for a very nice medal from the Panama-Pacific International Exposition held in San Francisco, California in 1915 - the event was also called the San Francisco World's Fair, and this medal was sold to raise money for the South Carolina Exposition.
It is considered a So-Called Dollar, and is categorized as HK-412 in the Hibler-Kappen reference guide.
In my opinion it is in very fine condition (although has a weakly struck reverse as seen), is made of bronze, and is 38.0mm in diameter. I think my starting bid is more than fair as this lists for 0-0 in circulated condition. Grading is subjective, so please look at the super-sizable pictures and grade for yourself.
Shipping for USPS First Class Mail in a 6x9 yellow envelope with the medal in a 2x2 secured between two pieces of corrugated cardboard will be an extra
    .50
, which I think should be pretty close to my actual cost. I do combine shipping and will do my best to ship multiple items together at a reduced total shipping cost. Please no International bidders as unfortunately I've had some bad experiences shipping internationally. Good Luck, and HAPPY BIDDING!
