    Description

This auction is for an extremely nice undated medal (I believe) from the Pan-American Exposition held in Buffalo, New York in 1901. It has a nice theme with RUA (Are You A) Buffalo on the obverse and a donkey pictorial "You can bet your Ass I am"
on the reverse. It meets the criteria to be considered a So-Called Dollar, but is unlisted in any of the reference guides I can find.
In my opinion it is in extra fine plus condition (AU details, but has light surface scratches as seen), is made of aluminum, and is 34.5mm in diameter. I think my starting bid is fair given what I've seen similar medals go for on eBay. Grading is subjective, so please look at the super-sizable pictures and grade for yourself.
Shipping for USPS First Class Mail in a 6x9 yellow envelope with the medal in a 2x2 secured between two pieces of corrugated cardboard will be an extra
    .50
, which I think should be pretty close to my actual cost. I do combine shipping and will do my best to ship multiple items together at a reduced total shipping cost. Please no International bidders as unfortunately I've had some bad experiences shipping internationally. Good Luck, and HAPPY BIDDING!
