1893 HK-155 So-Called World's Columbian Expo NGC MS63 Official Medal Small Letters (more rare than the large letters variety.) NGC MS63. Brass. 37mm. Scarce. World's Columbian Exposition was held in 1892-1893 in Chicago, IL, to commemorate the 400th anniversary of Discovery of America by Columbus and "to tell the story of the world's progress through those four centuries." This official medal was produced by the U.S. Mint on the grounds of the exposition.As a measure of rarity,
